Docho — Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

Primary method (parents only) in the app:

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Go to the Danger zone section.
3. Tap Delete account or Delete family and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, send a request by email:

Data that will be deleted

When deleting an account:

• user profile data (name, role, language, auth tokens);
• related records (tasks/rewards/submissions/redemptions if owned only by this user);
• photos uploaded by this user;
• push tokens and passkey credentials (if any).

When deleting a family:

• all family members;
• all tasks, rewards, submissions, redemptions, and points history;
• all family-related photos;
• invite codes and push tokens.

Data that may be retained

No additional retention period is planned, except where required by law.
