Privacy Policy for Docho

This Privacy Policy explains how JDG Oleksandr Sidko ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Docho mobile application (the "App").

1) Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Photos: If you submit task proofs or reward images, you upload photos to the App.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and diagnostics data: We may collect basic analytics and crash/diagnostic information to understand app performance and reliability.
• Device information: We may collect device identifiers and technical details (such as OS version, device model, and app version) for analytics and troubleshooting.

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) as a processor for crash and diagnostic monitoring. Data sent to Sentry may include stack traces, app version/build, OS version, device model, timestamps, and related technical metadata needed to investigate errors.

We do not use crash/diagnostic data for advertising or tracking you across third-party apps or websites.

We do not require or collect email addresses to create or use an account.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App features (including task proof and reward images).
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve app performance.
• Prevent abuse and ensure security.

3) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, infrastructure or analytics services), only as needed to provide the service and subject to confidentiality obligations.

This includes Sentry as a service provider for error monitoring and debugging. Sentry processes diagnostics data on our behalf under its data processing terms.

4) Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for families and can be used by children with parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes.

When you request account deletion in the App, we mark your account as deleted immediately and schedule permanent cleanup after 30 days. During this grace period, data is not available for normal app use.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your Choices and Rights

• You can choose not to upload photos.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8) International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
